Took a 11 days private tour in Iran covering Tehran, Shiraz, Yazd, Esfahan and Kashan arranged by Ali Nokhostin of come2persia.com. Ali did a great job in organizing the itinerary. Response was quick and all that was promised was delivered. Great job Ali. During our entire road trip, we were well taken care of by our guide Reza sabuhi (rezasabuhi@yahoo.com), arranged by Ali. Reza speaks good English and is very knowledgeable of the history and background of the places that we visited.
I found a beautiful country, rich in culture with friendly and helpful people. Anyone visiting Iran must visit Shiraz (the "Pink Mosque"), Persepolis and Necropolis, Zoroastrian Fire temple in Yazd, Armenian quarters (Esfahan). In Tehran, soak in the atmosphere of the Grand Bazaar, Golestan Palace and the crown jewellery at the Central Bank.
But be aware of the visa process at Khomeini airport. It is not clear and needs more transparency.
We had fantastic 8 days discovering beautiful country but it is still a lot of places there worth to visit, you definitely need more than 1 week for that))
Anyway, the crew did great job: everything was arranged very good way. All the transfers, accommodation, roots an destinations, guiding - everything is high professional level.
The tour itself is very exciting and interesting, we visited plenty of lovely places, indoor, outdoor and we r quiet happy about our decision to meet Iran with the help of Ali and his team, we highly recommend this organization!
First day in Iran we spent in Tehran with guide Nami and in the evening we left to Shiraz where Davoud was waiting for us - our guide for next week. High professional who knows and tells you a lot, interesting way, very attentive, good sense of humor and fluent English.
Thanks to the team for the fantastic time and hospitality!
